Country & Locale

Tell CutlistX where your company operates. We use this to set measurement units, currency, VAT rate, and date format across the system. You can override any individual setting below.

Regional Defaults

Auto-applies country defaults
METRIC ECOSYSTEM · 16mm / 18mm / 20mm sheets
Your public library shows only units, sheets, and countertops that match your build standard. Cross-ecosystem content (different sheet thicknesses) is hidden to prevent build errors.
Picks smart defaults for the fields below.
Used across all forms, cutting lists, and reports.
Shown on quotes, invoices, and reports.
%
Applied to quotes and invoices. Set to 0 if not VAT-registered.
Used on quotes, invoices, project pages, and reports.

Archive & Retention

When you delete a unit, sheet, countertop, or material, it's moved to the Archive instead of being permanently removed. This keeps historical projects and quotes intact. Archived items can be restored or permanently deleted before the retention period ends.

Retention Period

Applies to all libraries
Items in the Archive will be permanently deleted after this period. Changing this setting applies to all archived items, including existing ones.
How archive works: Deleting a unit, sheet, countertop, or material moves it to that library's Archive (visible via the Archived filter pill). Items currently used in active projects can still be archived — they'll stay in those existing projects but won't appear in new ones. You can restore any archived item before its retention period ends.

CutlistX Build Roadmap

The full path from this prototype to a real, sellable product. Tick things off as you build them. Tasks are organised into 4 phases — focus on Phase 1 first. Each task has an effort estimate (S = day or two, M = a week, L = 2+ weeks).
